About the Role
As the Process Improvement Manager – Order-to-Cash (O2C), you’ll play a key role in driving finance transformation across the end-to-end O2C lifecycle. Reporting to the Head of Finance Transformation, you’ll identify opportunities to simplify and standardise processes, strengthen controls and improve operational performance across billing, credit, collections, cash application and dispute resolution.
Working closely with third-party service providers, Service Delivery Managers and teams across Finance, Commercial, Sales and Customer Operations, you’ll help shape best-practice ways of working and deliver meaningful improvements to efficiency, cash flow and customer outcomes.
You’ll also support the ongoing governance of O2C controls, ensuring appropriate approval processes, reconciliations and segregation of duties are embedded across the operating model. This is an opportunity to influence transformation initiatives while working across a complex, highly collaborative environment.
About You

- Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle or Dynamics, with strong analytical and data skills
- A structured, commercially minded approach to identifying opportunities and delivering sustainable process improvements
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence across Finance and the wider business
- A collaborative mindset and genuine passion for continuous improvement
- Experience within the travel, hospitality or transport sector will be highly regarded
