Step out of the workshop and into a specialist role where your braking expertise drives real product, customer, and technical outcomes.
If you are the mechanic people rely on when a braking issue does not make sense, this is your opportunity to step into a true technical specialist role.
This is not a standard workshop position.
You will not be chasing jobs or working to flat rate.
Instead, you will focus on diagnosing real issues, supporting products in the field, and helping improve how braking systems perform in the real world.
About the Role
This role sits within an R&D and innovation environment, combining hands on technical work with customer and product support.
You will handle braking related issues coming from workshops, distributors, and internal teams. Some days that means working through a complex fault, other days it is testing components, supporting warranty decisions, or putting together clear, practical guidance that others rely on.
It is a varied role that keeps you hands on, while giving you the chance to step back, think through problems properly, and contribute to better long term outcomes.
