About the Role
This dynamic position is responsible for on-site workplace training and you will typically visit 3 sites per day (1–1.5 hours per visit), supporting learners in real-world environments while ensuring they meet industry standards.
Key responsibilities include:

• Delivering practical waterproofing training across live worksites
• Supporting classroom-based learning and theory components
• Conducting site visits for on-the-job assessment and mentoring
• Teaching waterproofing systems including bathrooms, balconies, and membrane applications
• Ensuring compliance with national training standards

A fully maintained company vehicle will be provided to support your site-based delivery.
  
About You
We’re looking for someone who is:

• Trade-qualified and experienced in waterproofing
• A strong communicator with a passion for developing others
• Tech-savvy and confident using the Microsoft Office Suite
• A team player who thrives in a collaborative environment

  Essential Requirements:

• Certificate III in Construction Waterproofing (mandatory)
• Certificate III in Wall & Floor Tiling (desirable)
• Certificate IV in Training & Assessment OR currently enrolled and willing to complete within 2 years
