We are looking for an experienced Customer Service Officer to join a busy team supporting customers with technical product, order and service-related enquiries.
This is a good opportunity for someone who enjoys customer service but wants more variety than a standard call centre role. You will be dealing with real enquiries, working with internal teams and helping customers get clear, accurate outcomes.
The role will suit someone who communicates well, stays calm under pressure and is comfortable managing multiple enquiries at once.
About the Role
You will be the first point of contact for a range of customer enquiries. You will provide timely, accurate and professional support while ensuring customer interactions are documented and followed through to resolution.
Key responsibilities include:

• Responding to customer enquiries by phone, email, chat and ticketing systems
• Recording customer interactions, issues and resolutions in the CRM system
• Following up with customers to ensure matters are resolved
• Escalating complex enquiries to senior technical staff, management or engineering teams
• Working with sales, production, planning, warehouse and logistics teams
• Supporting order management and logistics coordination
• Identifying opportunities to improve customer service processes and documentation
• Maintaining a high standard of professionalism, accuracy and customer care

About You
We are looking for someone who is organised, reliable and confident communicating with customers and internal teams.
Ideally, you will bring:

• Previous experience in a customer service role
• Experience with technical, product-based or order-related enquiries, highly regarded
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Experience using CRM or ticketing systems such as Zendesk, Syteline or similar
• Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Working knowledge of order management or logistics coordination, desirable
• A professional, team-focused and customer first approach

Experience in automotive, caravan, manufacturing, parts, accessories, technical products or a similar environment would be an advantage.
