Our client is seeking a Marketing Business Partner who can translate strategy into action, build credibility with senior stakeholders, and help drive student growth through well-planned, insight-led marketing.
The opportunity
This is a newly established role designed to strengthen the connection between marketing and the broader organisation. Reporting to the Marketing Manager, you will work closely with academic and operational leaders, acting as a trusted point of contact for marketing advice, planning and prioritisation.
You’ll help define marketing direction for Faculties and key portfolios, supporting the development of campaigns, initiatives and projects that align to organisational priorities. With a strong focus on data and insight, you’ll identify trends, challenge assumptions, and guide decision-making to ensure marketing effort is focused where it delivers the greatest impact.
Collaboration is central to this role. You’ll work alongside colleagues across Marketing, Admissions, Business Development and Faculty teams to bring clarity, alignment and momentum to marketing activity.
What you’ll bring
You’re a thoughtful, commercially aware marketer who is comfortable working across complexity. You enjoy partnering with stakeholders, asking the right questions, and helping others see how effective marketing supports broader goals.
To be successful, you’ll offer:
- A degree in Marketing, Advertising or Business
- At least 4 years’ experience in marketing or advertising roles
Your experience will include:
- Strategic thinking and problem solving – You analyse issues from multiple angles, identify opportunities, and develop practical recommendations you can see through to delivery.
- Stakeholder partnership – You’ve worked closely with a wide range of internal stakeholders, balancing competing priorities and building trust through clear advice and follow-through.
- End-to-end marketing planning – You understand how campaigns, content, events and channels work together as part of a broader strategy, rather than as one-off activities.
- Project leadership – You’re comfortable guiding projects from early concept through to execution, keeping stakeholders aligned and outcomes on track.
