About the position
St Clare’s Catholic School Outside School Hours Care (OSHC), Burdell is an outside of school hours care facility located in an enclave on the North Shore of Townsville. Burdell OSHC is part of St Clare’s Catholic School, where we have been providing exceptional outside hours care services for more than ten years. With a strong presence within the local community and the education sector, our team is comprised of a passionate group of dedicated educators who foster supportive relationships with children of all ages.
We are seeking a dedicated Coordinator to lead the operation of our OSHC on a full time permanent basis working 38 hours per week commencing as soon as practical. This service operates year-round, with a two-week closure over Christmas, and is open from 6.30am to 6.00pm, Monday to Friday.
You will join a supportive environment where you can manage and mentor a team of Educators and help guide the service’s development to meet local needs, supported by your 2IC, Business Operations Consultant, and MMCNQ specialists.
