Located close to picturesque Lake Mulwala, Yarrawonga Manufactured Housing (YMH) design and construct quality residential, commercial and holiday accommodation in their modern manufacturing facility, then locate the dwellings onsite throughout Victoria and NSW.

Yarrawonga Manufactured Housing is seeking a skilled and motivated carpenter with experience in stick frame construction.

In your new role you will:

• Work as a team member to ensure the required construction activities are carried out to meet production schedules.
• Carry out qualified building activities including carpentry, construction and maintenance work.
• Organise and assemble building supplies to ensure timeliness and efficiency in the completion of construction activities.
• Liaise with other trades as required during the construction process.

  
You will have:

• Trade qualification in carpentry and experience in stick frame construction, lock-up and fix with a variety of cladding materials and decking.
• Excellent attention to detail and quality of work.
• Self-motivation with a positive can-do attitude.
• Great communication skills and able to work successfully in a team.

This role is a full-time permanent position, and the successful candidate will need to undergo a police check, D & A screen and have a valid driver's licence.
