Duties

• Manage civil and water projects end-to-end
• Develop business cases and scopes
• Prepare technical specifications
• Oversee consultants and contractors
• Control budgets, programs and risk

Skills & Experience

• Degree in civil or water engineering
• Project delivery across design and construction
• Ability to manage full project lifecycle
• Consultant, contractor or utility background
• Strong stakeholder and commercial judgment
