Our client is looking for a remote Hunter Account Executive to join their team!
This is a remote/full-time/direct hire position
Salary based on experience: $140k-$150k + Uncapped Commission
We are partnering with a fast-growing consulting and solutions firm specializing in the Salesforce ecosystem. With a strong reputation for delivery, deep platform expertise, and a client-first mindset, the company is entering an exciting growth phase and looking to hire its first true Hunter Account Executive.
This is a rare opportunity to build a greenfield territory, create net-new revenue, and make a major impact on the organization's future growth. If you are a high-performing sales professional who thrives on winning new business, building relationships, and selling consultative solutions into the Salesforce market, this role is for you.
What You'll Do:
- Own full-cycle business development from prospecting through close
- Identify, target, and win net-new logos across mid-market and enterprise accounts
- Build and execute strategic territory plans in an open market with a significant runway
- Leverage Salesforce ecosystem knowledge to engage buyers and uncover opportunities
- Sell consulting services, implementation projects, managed services, and strategic solutions
- Partner closely with delivery, leadership, and technical teams to craft winning proposals
- Build relationships with Salesforce AEs, partner channels, and ecosystem stakeholders
- Maintain accurate pipeline forecasting and activity tracking in CRM
- Consistently exceed quota and revenue expectations
What We're Looking For: - Proven success as a Hunter / New Business Account Executive in the Salesforce ecosystem
- Experience selling Salesforce consulting, implementation, managed services, or SaaS solutions tied to Salesforce
- Strong network within the Salesforce community, partner channel, or customer base
- Demonstrated ability to create a pipeline from scratch and close six-figure+ deals
- Comfortable operating in a high-growth, entrepreneurial environment
- Excellent executive presence, communication, and negotiation skills
- Self-starter mentality with a highly competitive drive
