Our client in Louisville, KY, is seeking a Warehouse Manager to join their team!

Salary range based on experience: Up to $105K
Position Overview Our client is seeking an experienced
Warehouse Manager to lead warehouse operations for their Louisville facility while providing operational oversight and support for their Phoenix warehouse team. This position is responsible for inventory accuracy, materials management, receiving, shipping, warehouse efficiency, ERP system utilization, and continuous improvement initiatives across both facilities.
The ideal candidate will have extensive warehouse leadership experience, advanced ERP system expertise, and a demonstrated track record managing inventory, material flow, and warehouse operations across multiple facilities. This individual will serve as a key business partner in driving ERP utilization, inventory accuracy, process standardization, and operational consistency between Louisville and Phoenix. Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central is strongly preferred.
Key Responsibilities - Lead all warehouse operations, including receiving, inventory control, replenishment, storage, and shipping activities.
- Ensure accurate inventory management and maintain inventory integrity across multiple facilities.
- Serve as the warehouse subject matter expert for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and other ERP systems, ensuring accurate inventory transactions, warehouse data integrity, reporting, purchasing coordination, process compliance, and continuous optimization of ERP-driven warehouse processes across multiple facilities.
- Lead warehouse standardization initiatives across Louisville and Phoenix, leveraging ERP data, reporting, and best practices to drive inventory accuracy, operational consistency, and performance improvements across both sites.
- Develop and implement warehouse policies, procedures, and best practices to improve efficiency and accuracy.
- Partner closely with Production, Purchasing, Shipping, Customer Service, and Operations teams to support manufacturing schedules and customer requirements.
- Analyze inventory levels and material requirements to ensure adequate stock while minimizing excess inventory.
- Monitor key warehouse performance metrics and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Lead cycle count programs and support physical inventory processes.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Manage warehouse staffing, scheduling, training, coaching, and performance management.
- Ensure compliance with company safety standards, OSHA regulations, and warehouse best practices.
- Coordinate monthly travel to the Phoenix facility to review operations, support warehouse personnel, standardize processes, and drive operational consistency.
- Assist with special projects and strategic initiatives as assigned.
Qualifications Required - 5+ years of warehouse, distribution, inventory management, or materials management experience.
- 3+ years of leadership experience managing warehouse teams.
- 5+ years of hands-on ERP experience supporting warehouse, inventory, and materials management functions, including inventory transactions, reporting, cycle counts, purchasing coordination, and process improvement initiatives.
- Demonstrated experience managing or supporting warehouse operations across multiple facilities, locations, or distribution centers.
- Strong understanding of inventory control, cycle counting, receiving, shipping, warehouse operations, and materials management.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to travel monthly to Phoenix, Arizona.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and reporting tools.
Preferred - Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.
- Manufacturing or production environment experience.
- 3+ years of direct multi-site warehouse leadership experience with responsibility for inventory accuracy, process standardization, staffing, and operational performance across multiple locations.
- Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or Continuous Improvement experience.
- Forklift certification and familiarity with material handling equipment.
