Our client is seeking a Change Management Consultant to join their team! This is a remote/full-time/6-month contract position
Hourly based on experience: Up to $80/HR
We are looking for a mid-level Change Management resource to support execution, planning, coordination, and cross-team partnership. This role requires someone who can work independently and deliver change activities, but is not responsible for defining the overall change strategy.
Responsibilities:
Develop role-based training materials and learning content to support new processes and systems
Create job aids, quick reference guides, and user documentation to reinforce adoption
Draft and execute targeted change communications using approved messaging and templates
Support the development and execution of communication and training plans tied to project milestones
Partner with project managers and workstream leads to align CM deliverables with the project timeline
Coordinate and track change management activities and deliverables across the project lifecycle
Schedule and support training sessions, stakeholder briefings, and end-user enablement activities
Maintain change, training, and communication asset repositories
Gather stakeholder and user feedback and recommend content updates
Provide regular status updates on training and communication readiness
Support adoption and readiness tracking using defined metrics and reporting tools
