We have partnered with a nationally recognized leader in modular homebuilding industry in search of a dynamic Customer Success Manager to join their growing team in Hermiston, Oregon. This individual will serve as a strategic partner to retail locations and business stakeholders, driving sales growth, enhancing customer experiences, and strengthening market presence throughout the region. Full time, onsite, direct hire
Pay: Mid-$40k Base + Commission with $100k expected in first year
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute market growth strategies to increase sales and market share within assigned territories.
- Build and maintain strong partnerships with retail locations, distributors, and internal operations teams.
- Identify opportunities to improve customer experience, product adoption, and business performance.
- Deliver training and coaching programs focused on sales, marketing, social media, customer engagement, and operational best practices.
- Analyze market trends, competitive activity, and customer insights to support strategic decision-making.
- Drive customer loyalty initiatives that increase referrals, retention, and overall brand awareness.
- Support inventory management, merchandising, and product promotion efforts.
- Partner closely with manufacturing and production teams to ensure order accuracy and customer satisfaction.
- Conduct regular field visits to customer and retail partner locations throughout the territory.
- Serve as a trusted advisor and business consultant to customers while identifying new growth opportunities.
Required Skills: - 3+ years of experience in sales, account management, customer success, business development, marketing, consulting, or market research.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office products, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Associate's degree preferred; Bachelor's degree is a plus.
- Willingness to travel up to 50% throughout the assigned region.
Preferred Skills: - Strong relationship-building, presentation, and communication skills.
- Experience working directly with customers, distributors, dealers, or channel partners.
- Ability to analyze data and market trends to develop business growth strategies.
- Self-motivated professional capable of managing a territory independently.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
