Our national Learning & Development team creates and provides programs and other learning opportunities to develop internal capabilities across the firm.
About the role
We have an opportunity for a Learning & Development Coordinator to join our team. Although this role is ideally Brisbane-based and full-time, it could be in our offices in Melbourne or Sydney for the right person. We are also open to flexible working arrangements and will consider part-time or other flexible work options.
Reporting to our Learning & Development Manager you can expect to:
- Assist with general administrative duties including emailing and scheduling, set up and breakdown of events and other projects as assigned
- Maintain attendance records and provide data to evaluate the effectiveness of the learning experience
- Maintain accurate records of mandatory and required learning via the LMS
- Assist to efficiently deliver and seek to continuously improve our onboarding and career development programs
- Assist with the development of L&D programs targeted towards the needs of individual practice groups
- Facilitate the quality delivery of internal workshops and online programs
- Provide the technical support needed to assist with LMS implementation and management including:
- managing e-learning content and contributing to in-house course development
- generating individual and organisation reports
- creating and complying with team processes and procedures
- supporting the creation of courses in the LMS, enrolling users and monitoring attendance
- managing the preparation and import of SCORM Courses into the LMS
- maintaining learning library content
- serve as an escalation contact for LMS support issues
About you The most essential skills and experience the role requires are:
- strong organisational and time management skills, including the ability to manage competing priorities
- attention to detail
- excellent communication skills (both verbal and written)
- well-developed administrative skills including proficiency in using Microsoft office
Experience administering an LMS and creating online courses (eg using Articulate) is not necessary however will be highly regarded. This role would be suitable for an experienced L&D coordinator or administrator, or someone wishing to move from a general administration role into L&D.

Equally important is your positive “can do” attitude and a desire to learn and grow within the role.
