THE GIG
As Digital Performance Specialist, you’ll be the trusted right-hand to a seriously fab Head of Digital & eCommerce, sitting smack-bang at the heart of Blue Bungalow’s growth engine. This is where strategy, creative and performance collide - and where results deeply matter.
You’ll be the connective tissue across all things paid media, bringing together internal creatives, eCommerce, media buyers and agency partners to ensure every campaign isn’t just live, but best-in-class: creatively punchy and commercially powerful.
This is not a heads-down, implementation-heavy role. Yes, strong paid media chops are a must - but you’ll also be busy:
- Steering spicy paid media budgets with confidence and commercial clarity
- Challenging agency partners to lift their game and deliver stronger results
- Leading digital performance with intent, insight and accountability
Your sweet spot? Paid Social.
It’s your bread, your butter, and your secret sauce. You know how to partner closely with creative teams to brief work that doesn’t just look good in-feed…it stops the scroll and converts hard.
You get how paid media, CRO and the wider website ecosystem play together, and you’re excited to step in-house to build even deeper eCommerce and digital muscle over time.
You’re data-fluent, insight-led, and a natural storyteller when it comes to performance - because you know the real magic happens when killer creative and smart optimisation move in perfect sync.
Here’s what we’re looking for in YOU!! - 2-4+ years in paid media across performance, growth, or channel roles, with a sixth sense for what actually drives real results.
- Agency experience? Huge plus. You thrive on juggling clients, shifting priorities, and fast turnarounds without missing a beat.
- Hands-on and confident in Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads, from setup to optimisation to scaling what wins.
- You love the art and science of creative testing, performance analysis, and continuous optimisation.
- Comfortable in Shopify (or similar), with a strong grip on product performance, collections, and the metrics that matter.
- You get how paid traffic flows into on-site experience, with a solid understanding of CRO and conversion pathways.
- Experience with eCom brands (fashion or retail a big bonus), and you’re energised by the pace, pressure, and payoff.
- Naturally analytical, you turn messy data into clear, actionable insights that drive smart decisions.
- A confident, clear communicator who builds trust and strong relationships along the way.
- Organised, detail-obsessed, and calm under pressure - balancing multiple priorities like a pro.
Nice to Have (but definitely not deal-breakers) - Experience across paid media channels beyond Meta and Google, bringing a well-rounded, multi-platform mindset.
- Hands-on CRO experience, including testing and experimentation, with the ability to turn insights into meaningful performance gains.
- Confidence using eCom analytics tools like; GA4, heat-mapping, and experimentation platforms to identify opportunities and optimise outcomes.
- A strong grasp of attribution (e.g. Triple Whale, Profit Peak), incrementality, and the broader media mix, with the ability to link performance back to real business impact.
