The one who’ll take Biza’s growth, new business acquisition and partnerships from “we’re winning deals” to disciplined, dominant, doubling ARR and setting the pace for the entire GTM engine.

Now, about you… the Director of Growth & GTM!
Reporting to the COO, you’ll own the full commercial engine: Growth, Partnerships, Marketing alignment and revenue discipline. The whole lot.
This isn’t a “keep the pipeline warm” kinda gig. This is your chance to step in at a defining commercial moment, lead Biza’s next wave of growth, and build an industry-defining Growth & GTM division.
As a core member of the Exec team, you’ll have real influence and full backing. You’ll lead your team while owning new customer acquisition, strategic partnerships, marketing alignment and sales process maturity. And yes, you’ll personally lead high-value enterprise deals.
For the first 12 months, this is hands-on leadership. Sleeves rolled up. In the room. In the detail. Setting the standard. You’ll close strategic NBL opportunities. Lead enterprise discovery. Navigate CTOs, CEOs, compliance leads, and boards with confidence. Drive negotiations. Protect margin. Close with intent.
The immediate focus?
✅ Sign 20-30 imminent new enterprise customers
✅ Nearly double ARR within 12 months (with a clear path already mapped)
✅ Lock in the Non-Bank Lender market ahead of compliance deadlines
✅ Build a structured, repeatable Growth & GTM engine that outlives this window

The NBL opportunity is the short-term accelerator. The long-term growth sits in continued NBL expansion, partnership growth and equally on the recipient side of the ecosystem.
Fintechs. Payments. BNPL. Energy comparison. Usage-driven platforms. The organisations consuming CDR data to power smarter lending, faster approvals and better customer experiences.
This side of the market isn’t mandate-driven. It’s value-driven. Adoption-led. Usage-based.
Your role isn’t just to win the immediate race. It’s to lay the commercial foundations for Biza to become the default partner across both sides of the CDR ecosystem.

- Run tight, high performance rhythms through EOS (Level 10s, clear accountability, visibility, scorecards that actually drive action).
- Build a culture that’s collaborative yet sharp. Curious yet disciplined. Ambitious and deeply accountable.

- Work in close collaboration with Product and Customer Success to build market-ready, commercially sound offerings.
- Deliver every initiative with discipline, precision and a long-term lens.
Influence at the Leadership Table - Partner deeply with Product, Engineering, Operations and Customer Success to align commercial ambition with delivery reality.
- Feed market intelligence into roadmap planning. Spotting opportunities before the rest of the market does.
- Represent Growth at the Exec table with clarity, conviction, data and strong commercial instinct.
The real commercial challenge?
The product is mandated. Customers must buy. But compliance doesn’t always create urgency. Deals stall. Timelines drift. Negotiations stretch.
You’ll know how to create compelling events, control cadence and keep momentum alive across complex growth cycles. If you’ve sold high-compliance integrations in fintech, payments, banking or similar before, you’ll know exactly what this takes.
You Are… - A proven enterprise Growth or Sales leader with 7-12+ years in high-stakes SaaS or complex tech environments.
- Battle-tested in fintech, regtech, payments or integration-heavy platforms.
- A leader with real enterprise wins on the board and the hunger to still close deals yourself. Lead from the front. Set the standard.
- Killer commercial instincts fused with serious strategic depth.
- Deeply skilled in forecasting, pipeline management and RevOps that actually moves the needle..
- A track record of building high-impact partnerships and cracking open new markets.
- An exec-level communicator who can influence rooms, rally teams and win stakeholders.
- Calm in complexity. Fierce in negotiation.
- A true growth leader who builds A-grade teams while owning new acquisition, partnerships, marketing and GTM end-to-end.
- Thrives in a collaborative exec seat alongside CS, Product, Engineering and Ops.
- Analytical edge with reporting that tells a compelling story, not just the numbers.
- Customer-obsessed with a relentless bias for continuous improvement.
- Bonus points if you speak EOS or Winning by Design, or quick to master it.
- Extra kudos for experience in regulated ecosystems like CDR, banking, energy or telco.
