• Offer expert advice to ensure policies are not only effective but deeply embedded across teams. 

• A relationship-builder at heart - someone who can connect dots, educate others, and bring people on the journey. 
• Ideally, you’ve got a background in research (think Research Assistant or Research Officer), or at least understand how funded research projects tick. 
• You’re curious, agile and always up for decoding complex laws and evolving frameworks. 
• Reporting? No problem. You can distill insights and communicate them with clarity and confidence. 
• Most importantly, you’ve got a client-first mindset, and you’re driven by quality, improvement, and making a difference in a tech-enabled world. 
• Experience in policy analysis or development is a big plus - but if you’re analytical, detail-oriented, and ready to dive in and learn, we’d love to hear from you.
