The Gig:

We’re on the lookout for a seasoned Account Lead to spark energy across the agency and lead from the front - with flair, focus, and firepower.

You’ll be the leader behind a slick accounts team and a tight-knit crew of digital guns that span Paid Media, SEO, Web, Design, and Content - all working in sync to launch an exciting client portfolio (and the agency itself) to shiny new heights.

This role is equal parts vision and action. You’ll oversee the full client portfolio, setting the pace for success across the board, while personally steering a small handful of high-impact, tier 1 accounts. Your mission? Bring killer digital strategy to life, elevate the client journey, and make real moves at a leadership level.

Your edge? Rock-solid experience in digital account leadership, with a killer instinct for Paid Media. You're fluent in platform speak, quick to spot performance gaps, and even quicker to turn them into wins. You’ll have a team of experienced digital specialists by your side, but you’re never afraid to dive in, tweak a campaign, or pull the right levers yourself. 

This gig is made for an Account Lead / Director looking to level up, spread their wings, and flex across a range of digital channels, all while bringing a special and strategic flair for performance marketing.

• You’re a seasoned Account Lead who thrives on taking the wheel and elevating every step of the client journey. Strategy is your compass, and client success is your North Star.
• You bring big-picture thinking to the table, with a deep understanding of digital strategy - especially when it comes to Paid Media. It’s your jam! 
• You might not be the one ‘in the weeds’ all the time - but you are the one rallying the team, spotting opportunities, and asking the right questions across Paid Media, SEO, Social, Web, and Email. You’re endlessly curious, and committed to ensuring you and your team hit the right notes for your clients, every time! 
• You’ve worked across a diverse mix of industries: eComm, B2B, D2C, and Service brands - you know how to flex your approach to suit the audience.
• You’re bold. You think beyond the brief. You love a big idea, and you’re not afraid to challenge the status quo to deliver next-level outcomes.
• Details? You don’t just notice them, you obsess over them. You know the smallest refinements can create the biggest impact.
• When it comes to account leadership, you’re the go-to. You lead from the front, support your team through sticky moments, and make sure every piece of work hitting a client’s inbox is top-tier.
• Your service style? Think white-glove. You make every client feel like they’re your only one.
• Paid Media? You’re not necessarily hands-on all the time, but you speak the language. You understand the levers, know how to assess performance, and can confidently steer the strategy in the right direction.
