The gig:
As the Head of Marketing and Engagement, you’ll be the beating heart of mission-critical initiatives, driving dynamic strategies that seamlessly blend purpose with profit!
This isn’t just a job; it’s your opportunity to lead the charge toward commercial success through vibrant digital engagement and innovative marketing. You’ll ignite new revenue streams and expansion opportunities while crafting customer support and marketing assets that truly resonate.

As a key player of an elite Global Leadership team, you’ll have a quick pathway to C-Suite and will play a crucial role in shaping the strategic vision and propelling the PeopleBench growth journey. Reporting directly to a truly inspiring CEO, you’ll collaborate with a passionate and dynamic team to smash ‘For Purpose’ and ‘Profit’ goals as they expand across Australia and set their sights on continued international expansion.

What you’ll get up to in this gig: - Collaborate with Leadership: Partner with the CEO and leadership crew to craft a dynamic Marketing & Engagement strategy that seamlessly connects with Sales, Customer Success, and Product.
- Lead and Grow Your Team: Inspire and oversee a talented Marketing & Engagement team, that include a; Digital and Design Lead, Business and Digital Systems Lead, and Australian Business Development Senior Consultant.
- Drive Implementation: Develop and execute impactful marketing plans, including event strategies, content creation, demand generation, and social media, all aimed at generating new leads and nurturing existing accounts.
- Elevate the PeopleBench Brand: Champion the PeopleBench brand across all channels, ensuring PB’s commitment to excellence shines across; web, digital, publications, and merchandise.
- Execute Engaging Campaigns: Plan and roll out marketing campaigns and events that captivate and engage your audience.
- Collaborate with Partners: Work hand-in-hand with the in-house crew and external partners (like PR, digital, design, and lead generation experts) to ensure flawless delivery.
- Manage Brand Visibility: Coordinate PR, media, and awards activities, maximising the brand profile.
- Contribute to Board Insights: Provide marketing and engagement performance updates for quarterly board reports and occasionally join the CEO in board discussions.
