Mobile Maintenance Engineer
London (within the M25)
£45,000 – £48,000 per annum

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Mobile Maintenance Engineer with either an Electrical or Mechanical bias to maintain commercial buildings across London within the M25. Call-out is optional.

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out planned and reactive maintenance within commercial properties
• Diagnose and rectify electrical and mechanical faults efficiently
• Complete inspections, testing, and statutory compliance checks
• Emergency lighting testing and associated remedial works
• Work on motors, pumps, AHUs, FCUs, and three-phase power systems
• Maintain accurate maintenance records and documentation
• Deliver a high standard of customer service on-site
• Liaise effectively with clients and internal teams to ensure service excellence

Requirements

• Fully qualified in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering (NVQ Level 3, City & Guilds, or equivalent)
• Previous experience working with plant systems in commercial buildings
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems and components
• Proven fault-finding skills with the ability to work independently

Package & Benefits
