We have an excellent opportunity for an experienced Maintenance Engineer (with either Electrical or Mechanical bias) to join a leading building services provider at a static commercial site in Heathrow, West London.

This is a night-only position working on a 4 on / 4 off shift pattern. You’ll be responsible for delivering both planned and reactive maintenance across a range of M&E systems. The role offers a fantastic opportunity to enhance your technical skills, gain hands-on experience in a commercial environment, and work for a respected and growing company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical faults across a variety of systems and equipment.
• Perform planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and respond to reactive maintenance requests.
• Carry out maintenance tasks on systems such as emergency lighting, fire alarms, AHUs, FCUs, general lighting, minor plumbing, and basic fabric repairs.
• Support and liaise with subcontractors and ensure work is completed in line with compliance and health & safety standards.
• Follow maintenance schedules and complete tasks as directed by the Engineering Supervisor or Building Services Manager.
• Demonstrate a flexible, multi-skilled approach to support efficient, cost-effective task completion.

Requirements:

• Level 2 or 3 qualification in Electrical Installation or Mechanical Engineering (City & Guilds / NVQ or equivalent).
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a commercial building maintenance environment.
• Strong fault-finding skills and a customer-focused approach.
