We’re offering an exciting opportunity for an experienced Electrical Engineer to join a long-established and highly respected building services provider. Based on a prestigious flagship site near Liverpool Street, this role is ideal for engineers seeking stability, professional growth, and ongoing technical development within a supportive maintenance team.

You’ll be responsible for delivering both Planned Preventive Maintenance (PPM) and Reactive Maintenance across a wide range of electrical and mechanical systems, ensuring equipment remains fully operational, safe, and compliant with current regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out scheduled PPM tasks and respond promptly to reactive maintenance requests
• Work on a variety of systems including Single & Three Phase Power, Motors, Emergency Lighting, Fire Alarms, Pumps, and BMS controls
• Safely isolate, reinstate, and test plant equipment
• Ensure all works meet regulatory and compliance standards
• Maintain accurate site documentation, including RAMS and logbooks
• Use the PDA system to manage and complete jobs
• Act as a key point of contact for on-site client queries
• Promote and enforce safe working practices at all times

Candidate Requirements

• Electrically qualified (City & Guilds, NVQ, EAL, or equivalent)
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in commercial building maintenance
• Strong working knowledge of M&E plant and building systems
• Proactive, professional, and able to work both independently and as part of a team
• Based within a reasonable commute of Liverpool Street

Salary & Benefits
