We are seeking a Mobile Building Services Maintenance Engineer to join a respected and expanding maintenance provider operating nationwide.

Role Overview

• Operating across the City of London, the successful engineer will carry out both planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive tasks within a portfolio of commercial buildings.
• This is a mobile role, and a company van with a fuel card will be provided.
• We are looking for an electrically biased engineer with good mechanical understanding, particularly with systems such as pumps, booster sets, seals, and bearings. Applicants must have a minimum of three years’ experience in commercial building services maintenance.

Key Responsibilities

• Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance
• Electrical fault finding
• Working with single and three-phase power
• Emergency lighting testing and repairs
• Fire alarm testing and maintenance
• Distribution board work
• Maintenance of motors, pumps, bearings, and seals
• HVAC systems, including AHUs, FCUs, VRVs, and VRFs
• Filter and belt changes
• General fabric and building services maintenance

Requirements

• City & Guilds / NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Electrical Installations
• Proven commercial building services maintenance experience
• Strong communication and client-facing skills
• Professional, reliable, and self-motivated

Salary & Benefits

• £45,000 – £48,000 per year
• Call out negotiable
• Monday to Friday, 8am – 5pm
