Junior Contract Manager

Great entry level role for somebody looking for fantastic career prospects! You'll learn straight from the director of the company, develop your management skills and receive fantastic career progression. We specialise in recruiting for engineers and managers within commercial maintenance, we are specifically looking for somebody who is looking to join the industry at an entry level within management. 

You'll be sitting on client meetings, gaining a great understanding of how contracts are won, tendered and managed, liaise with engineers, support other managers with workload and receive further training.

To be successful for this role, we are looking for an individual who has a fantastic attitude, great communication skills, and is ambitious and career motivated. No prior experience required 

Junior Contract Manager Duties:

• Learn directly from the director of the company 
• Sit on client meetings, learn how to develop and manage relations with clients (Estate managers, building managers, etc.)
• Liaise with maintenance engineers 
• Learn and manage the financial aspect of commercial maintenance
• Visit multiple sites across London 
• Assist with any financial issues, site documents and client concerns 
• Support any going issues on site 

Junior Contract Manager Requirements:

• Fantastic attitude 
• Great communication skills
• Ambitious and career motivated 
• No prior experience required 

Salary and Package:

• £35,000 per annum 
• Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm 
• Travel expended when travelling to sites
