Our Mawson Lakes Facility (MLF) in Adelaide is the center of excellence for integration, facilities management, and sustainment of advanced defence systems. We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Warehouse Officer to support warehouse and logistics operations.

This role is responsible for ensuring efficient warehouse operations, inventory accuracy, logistics coordination, and compliance with company procedures and relevant industry standards within a structured and safety-focused environment.
  
About the role:
In this role, you will:

• Perform warehouse receipting, issuing, stock audits and inventory control activities using the company ERP system.
• Assemble production build kits in accordance with manufacturing schedules and requirements.
• Coordinate goods-in and goods-out activities including packaging, handling, storage, and transportation requirements.
• Arrange suitable freight methods, carriers, and shipping documentation to meet operational, compliance and cost requirements.
• Maintain organised warehouse stock holdings and support general warehouse housekeeping activities.
• Monitor and replenish warehouse consumables.
• Support logistics operations for the Mawson Lakes facility.
• Assist with continuous improvement initiatives and process documentation.
• Maintain accurate warehouse and logistics documentation within the Integrated Management System.
• Support inventory management and ERP process flow documentation.
• Assist with onsite hazardous materials management and associated compliance documentation.

 What you'll Bring:

• Current Forklift Licence
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in warehouse, logistics or supply chain operations
• Qualification in Logistics, Warehousing, or Transport
• Dogging Licence (HRWL – DG class)
• Experience using ERP systems for inventory and warehouse management
• Exposure to Defence logistics operations and DEF(AUST)1000C requirements
• Understanding of ISO 9001 Quality Management Systems and knowledge of WHS practices within warehouse operations

 Mandatory Requirements:  

• Must be able to access information controlled under the US International Traffic of Arms Regulations (ITAR). 
• Must be able to obtain and maintain an Australian security clearance.
