OVERVIEW:

• This charity provides crucial assistance to women and children impacted by domestic violence or at risk of experiencing it. Their support includes community outreach and emergency accommodation in refuge settings.
• We are currently recruiting for a part time or full-time receptionist/administrator to work in their offices based in Barry.

  
DAILY DUTIES:

• Daily duties include answering the phones, taking messages,
• Acting as the first point of contact and greeting clients who visit the office.
• Triage Work 
• Managing the charities social media. 
• Organising charitable donations
• Co-ordinating the rooms.
• Managing the inbox, replying to clients and external organisations.
• Helping to organise events and co-ordinate activities
