Estates management to a patch of properties in Devon. Dealing with tenancy breaches, inspections neighbourhood safety and general housing enquiries
3 month contract with potential to be extended
37 hours per week, 4 days per week in the office or out on patch, 1 day work from home
£15 to £25 per hour depending on experience
Based close to Exeter
You will be responsible for delivering a comprehensive estate management service to tenants, working directly with them to ensure they adhere to the terms of their tenancy agreement and investigate issues as they arise. You’ll also carry out a full range of Estate Management tasks, including inspections, visits, meetings and partnership work.
You will need to have access to your own vehicle for this role, mileage will be paid for visits.
