Job Title:                    Support Worker – Prison Leavers
Location:                    Yeovil
Role Type:                 3 months +
Hours:                        30 hours – 4 days per week -flexible
Salary:                        PAYE Accruing Rate £13.50 /PAYE Including Rate £15.46 OR
PAYE UMBRELLA     £17.06
  
As a Prison Leavers Support Worker, you will play a pivotal role in supporting individuals involved in the criminal justice system, providing essential guidance and assistance. If you are looking to contribute to a meaningful cause and have a positive impact, this is the role for you.

• Coordinate and oversee casework activities with a focus on criminal justice involvement.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support individuals in navigating the criminal justice system.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of innovative programs to enhance support for those affected by criminal justice processes.

Preferred Requirements:
  

• Proven experience in supporting a vulnerable caseload
• Key Working/ Caseload management experience

Preferred Qualifications:
  

• Relevant degree or professional qualification in criminal justice, social work, or a related field
