Team Employal are working with a leading Civil Construction team in Newcastle to find Supervisors to join their established business. 

You will be working on a diverse range of projects from Earthworks, Subdivisions, Roads and Local Council developments, mainly across the Hunter Valley, with potential to expand to regional locations such as Dubbo. 

Key Responsibilities

To be successful within this role, you will need to bring your knowledge of Civil Construction works, with daily duties and responsibilities including but not limited to, 

• Overseeing all site works, including subcontractors and trades 
• Maintaining QA & WHS requirements 
• Working closely with Project Manager to ensure programs and schedules are met 
• Liaise with stakeholders, including local authorities and public enquiries 

About you

We are looking for a motivated and driven supervisor, passionate about their work and eager to succeed, 

• Demonstrated knowledge of Civil projects including Earthworks, Pipeline, Roads, Subdivision
• Ability to travel and work away from home as required 
• Strong WHS focus and work ethic 
• Ability to communicate across all levels of personnel 
• Maintain documentation including SWMS and ITP's
