Duties & Responsibilities: 
As a recruitment consultant you can expect that no two days are the same, however, your key responsibilities will include, 

• Proactively source and identify suitable candidates across the Manufacturing & Construction sectors 
• Support a Senior Recruitment Manager by creating specific talent pools across a range of skill sets 
• Active record keeping and administrative tasks
• Attend on-site meetings & networking events across Sydney & Hunter Valley
• Build strong, lasting relationships with both candidates and clients.

About you: 
Above all we are looking for a resilient and motivated individual, with the confidence to be adaptable in a growing business, suitable experience includes; 

• Previous experience in a Recruitment capacity, ideally across Manufacturing & Construction
• Strong communication skills both written and verbal.
• Option for full time or part-time 
• Excellent organisational skills and ability to manage priorities 
• Resilience, initiative, and a proactive approach in a fast-moving environment.
• Great work ethic and ability to work in a team environment
• Flexibility in terms of travel required to other offices and on-site meetings
