Key Responsibilities: 

As the Recruitment Manager you will be responsible for; 

• Managing all branch operations including financials, service delivery and team management 
• Building and developing client relationships across all industry sectors 
• Ensure recruitment activities are operating under compliance and safety requirements 
• Coaching and mentoring the team to ensure their own individual success 
• Continual review and management of branch profitability, providing reports to the greater leadership team

Your Experience: 

To be successful within this position, you will bring your passion for the recruitment industry along with, 

• Demonstrated experience in a Leadership capacity 
• Passion for Business Development and creating new opportunities 
• Ideally experience across Manufacturing, Logistics and Construction recruitment, predominately labour hire. 
• Strong communication skills, clear and concise direction 
• Ability to lead from the front and provide support to your team
