About the Firm
Our client is a well-regarded and growing commercial law firm based in Brisbane, known for its modern approach, strong client relationships, and collaborative culture.

With a young and high-performing team, the firm works closely with SME clients, developers, investors, and business owners across a broad range of property matters. Due to continued growth, they are now looking to add an experienced Property & Conveyancing Paralegal to the team.

About the Role
Working closely with experienced Partners and senior lawyers, you will play a key role across a mix of conveyancing and broader property matters.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to step into a role offering strong exposure, autonomy, and long-term career development within a supportive team environment.

Responsibilities include:

• Managing residential and commercial conveyancing matters from start to finish
• Preparing contracts, transfer documents, and settlement documentation
• Conducting property and title searches
• Liaising with clients, banks, brokers, and external parties
• Coordinating settlements through PEXA
• Assisting with broader property transactions and matters
• File and matter management
• Supporting senior lawyers and Partners on property-related matters

About You
We are open to candidates from either a conveyancing or broader property law background.

You will ideally have:

• 3+ Years previous experience as a Conveyancing or Property Paralegal
• Strong understanding of conveyancing processes and procedures
• PEXA experience
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple matters and deadlines
• A proactive and team-focused approach
