Senior Finance Business Partner | City |£100,000 | 50% office based
Are you a qualified accountant with a knack for navigating complex financial projects and a passion for making a real impact?
We’re looking for a Senior Finance Business Partner to lead the financial aspects of a £330 million customer remediation and redress initiatives.
This is a high profile role with significant exposure to the Bank CFO and other senior stakeholders. You'll be working closely with teams across Finance, FP&A, Customer Resolutions, and external partners, including auditors, regulators, and legal advisors.
What you’ll be doing:
- Lead financial modelling for provisions
- Own audit relationships and ensure all accounting and assurance requirements are met.
- Manage remediation reconciliations, budgets and forecasts, clearly communicating variances and risks.
- Tracking project costs and ensure they are managed appropriately.
- Deliver reporting to internal committees, regulators, and investor relations.
- Be the finance SME in regulatory engagements, providing timely and accurate responses.
- Build and lead a high-performing team, fostering an inclusive and development-focused culture.
What you’ll bring: - Qualified accountant (CIMA, ACCA, or ACA).
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Confidence working with senior stakeholders and external partners.
- Experience working with Cost Projects
- Ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
- Experience in financial services or automotive sectors (desirable).
- Remediation experience (desirable).
