Management Accountant - Aged Care

A well-established organisation within the care sector is seeking a Management Accountant to join their finance team.

This is a broad, hands-on role offering exposure across financial reporting, analysis and operational finance, working closely with both finance and key stakeholders across the business.

You’ll play a key role in delivering accurate financial insights, supporting planning and contributing to ongoing improvements across finance processes and performance.

Key responsibilities

• Own and support month-end processes
• Contribute to management reporting and performance analysis
• Partner with stakeholders to provide financial insights and support decision-making
• Contribute to budgeting and forecasting
• Support revenue processes and compliance reporting
• Assist with financial modelling and ad hoc analysis
• Maintain financial controls and support audit processes
• Identify process improvements and efficiency opportunities

About you

• Degree qualified in Accounting or Finance
• CPA / CA qualified or working towards
• Experience within aged care or healthcare environment 
• Strong grounding in financial accounting and reporting
• Confident working with stakeholders across the business
• Strong Excel skills and overall systems capability
• High attention to detail with a proactive, solutions-focused approach
