Facility Manager

Lead a medium-sized residential aged care home in Brisbane. The service is well established, with a solid clinical and leadership team in place. You’ll take full ownership of the home, leading an experienced team, maintaining high standards and driving consistent performance across operations, compliance and care delivery.

The Role

• Full responsibility for the day-to-day running of the home
• Lead and support an established leadership team
• Oversee compliance, governance and accreditation requirements
• Manage workforce, rostering and labour performance
• Maintain occupancy and financial outcomes
• Drive team engagement, accountability and culture

What You’ll Bring

• Experience as a Facility Manager in residential aged care - 2 years minimum 
• Open to both clinical and non-clinical leaders
• Strong understanding of aged care standards and compliance
• Proven leadership capability across large teams
• Confident managing operational and financial performance
• Visible, hands-on leadership style
