Project Manager / Site Manager - Commercial Construction

A well-established national commercial construction contractor is looking to bring on both a Project Manager and Site Manager to support a growing pipeline of work across Melbourne.

This is a multi-site environment working across fit-outs, refurbishments, remedial works and new builds across a range of commercial clients. Projects are delivered concurrently, supported by strong systems, established processes and a safety-first culture.

About the Roles:

Project Manager

• Manage projects from commencement through to completion
• Oversee budgets, timelines and overall project performance
• Drive client satisfaction and stakeholder engagement
• Manage subcontractors, suppliers and internal teams
• Identify risks early and proactively resolve issues
• Deliver accurate reporting across financials and progress

Site Manager

• Manage day-to-day site operations across multiple projects
• Drive OH&S through inductions, toolbox talks and audits
• Maintain site records, QA documentation and reporting
• Coordinate deliveries, plant and materials
• Track programme, labour and milestones
• Ensure works are delivered safely, on time and to standard

About You

• Proven experience in commercial construction (fit-out / refurb / remedial / new build)
• Ability to manage multiple projects or sites at once
• Strong understanding of OH&S and site compliance
• Confident managing subcontractors and stakeholders
• Organised, proactive and solutions-focused
• Trade or tertiary qualifications (relevant to role)
