What You’ll Be Doing

• Managing a residential property portfolio (size dependent on experience)
• Building strong relationships with landlords and renters
• Handling maintenance, arrears and compliance
• Conducting routine and/or final inspections (role dependent)
• Coordinating with internal support teams
• Providing high-level customer service and professional communication

What We’re Looking For

• Victorian Agent’s Representative Certificate (or willingness to obtain)
• Previous experience in property management (junior to senior levels considered)
• Strong communication and time management skills
• Professional presentation and a proactive attitude
• Ability to work well within a team-focused environment
