What you’ll be doing:

• Leading, mentoring, and growing a high-performing sales team
• Driving the growth of the office and expanding market share
• Listing, selling, and building your personal brand in the area
• Training and developing agents to elevate overall performance
• Working closely with leadership on strategy, growth, and direction
