We’re working with a well-established and growing agency seeking an experienced Property Manager to join their team. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys relationship management and wants to be supported by strong systems, structure, and leadership.

The Role
You’ll be responsible for managing a well-maintained portfolio, with support across leasing, accounts, and admin so you can focus on delivering a high level of service to your landlords and tenants.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a residential portfolio end-to-end
• Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords and tenants
• Handle maintenance requests and ensure timely resolution
• Conduct rental reviews and lease renewals
• Manage arrears and ensure compliance
• Deliver a high standard of customer service

• Previous experience in Property Management
