Are you currently studying law or recently finished your degree and eager to gain real experience in a busy legal environment?

Our client is looking for a motivated Legal Assistant to support our team with daily administration, client care, and file management. You’ll work alongside solicitors, partners and support staff, gaining exposure to real legal matters from day one. This role will give you mentorship, career development and practical skills you won’t learn in lectures alone.

What You’ll Be Doing You’ll assist with the smooth running of our office and the support of our legal team through tasks such as:

• Managing files, documents, emails, calendar and deadlines
• Preparing basic legal correspondence and drafting under supervision
• Supporting property and commercial law matters (full training provided)
• Being the first point of contact for client enquiries
• Assisting with conveyancing (experience helpful but not required)
• Filing, scanning, photocopying and organising briefs
• Scheduling appointments and preparing paperwork
• Helping maintain an organised and professional office environment
• Attending court filings, service of documents, or deliveries when needed

This role will suit someone who is organised, proactive and enjoys helping others in a professional environment.
Who We’re Looking For You might be a strong fit if you:

• Are studying a Law or related degree (or recently graduated)
• Have strong written and verbal communication skills
• Enjoy being organised and keeping work accurate and error-free
• Are eager to learn about property and commercial matters
• Have a professional, positive attitude and enjoy working as part of a team
• Can confidently use Microsoft Office and are willing to learn new software
• Want a role where you can grow into more legal responsibility over time

Fluency in another language (e.g. Mandarin) is valued, but not required.
