We're recruiting on behalf of a busy, well-run hospitality venue in Western Sydney that's looking to take on a motivated Apprentice Chef who's serious about building a long-term career in the kitchen.
This is a hands-on opportunity to learn proper systems, standards, and service in a supportive, professional environment.
The Role
You'll be trained across all key areas of the kitchen, including:

• Food prep, portioning, and basic cooking
• Assisting chefs during service
• Plating and presentation support
• Stock rotation, labelling, and storage
• Maintaining hygiene and food safety standards
• Cleaning and station organisation

You'll work closely with experienced chefs who are invested in your development.
What We're Looking For

• Genuine interest in becoming a qualified chef
• Enrolled in (or willing to enrol in) a commercial cookery apprenticeship
• Reliable, punctual, and eager to learn
• Strong work ethic and positive attitude
• Able to handle a fast-paced environment
• Available for evenings and weekends

No extensive experience required - attitude and commitment matter most.
