Primary Responsibility

• Responsible for bottom line for the business i.e. generating new business for the company
• Accountable for Partner targets
• Manage on-site and off-shore team and performance
• Build and enhance client relationships and satisfaction
• Conduct final interviews with shortlisted candidate and presentation them to the client

Skills And Experience (Secondary Responsibilities)

• Lead and coach junior and experienced team members on their daily recruitment activity
• Manage team on “A 360 degree methodology” - You will be responsible for business generation and managing team to present you with shortlisted candidate after all stages of candidate acquisition, pre-qualification, skills evaluation, interviewing
• Hungry to succeed and earn more
• Ability to learn and use internal IT systems
• Experience in recruiting and ability to lead and teach the team
• Vast client and candidate network
• A natural result oriented leader who can motivate team to achieve results Partner’s Profit making potential
