A busy and well-established Priceline Pharmacy in Penrith is seeking an experienced Shop Assistant with previous pharmacy retail experience to join our team on a full-time basis.
This is a great opportunity for someone who understands pharmacy operations, enjoys customer service, and is looking for a stable, long-term role.
The Role
You will be responsible for:
- Delivering high-quality customer service
- Assisting customers with OTC, health, and beauty products
- Operating POS and handling cash/card transactions
- Supporting prescription processing and front-of-store workflow
- Stock ordering, replenishment, and merchandising
- Maintaining store presentation and cleanliness
- Supporting pharmacists and dispensary staff during peak periods
About You We're looking for someone who has:
- Previous experience working in a pharmacy environment (essential)
- Strong customer service and retail skills
- Confidence assisting with health and wellness products
- High attention to detail and organisation
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
- Professional presentation and communication
- Availability across weekdays and weekends
