About the Role
This entry-level position is ideal for someone eager to learn the ropes of real estate project sales. You’ll work closely with experienced agents and management, gaining hands-on experience in client relations, sales campaigns, and marketing. Full training, mentorship, and clear career progression are provided all you need is energy, professionalism, and a strong desire to succeed.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the sales team in promoting and selling off-the-plan and new development properties.
• Assist with open inspections, client enquiries, and follow-ups.
• Help coordinate marketing campaigns, events, and promotional activities.
• Conduct market research to identify buyer trends and opportunities.
• Maintain accurate client and sales records in the CRM system.
• Deliver outstanding customer service throughout the sales journey.

About You

• You’re confident, motivated, and eager to learn.
• You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Previous experience in customer service, retail, or hospitality is an advantage.
• You’re well-presented, reliable, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• You hold (or are willing to obtain) a Certificate of Registration or Real Estate License.
• A genuine interest in real estate and property development.
