Location: Hoar Cross, Staffordshire Salary: £32,361.84 per annum Contract: Permanent Hours: 45 hours per week (5 days out of 7)
About the Role
Hunters 4 Staff are recruiting an experienced Chef de Partie for a luxury spa and hospitality venue based at Hoar Cross Hall in Staffordshire.
This is a hands‑on kitchen role where you'll run your own section, support the Head Chef, and play a key part in delivering consistently high‑quality food. It's a fast‑paced environment with high standards, but also a supportive team that values pride in your work.
Key Responsibilities
Running and managing your own kitchen section day to day
Supporting the Head Chef with ordering, stock control and supplier liaison
Ensuring all food is prepared and presented to the required standard
Maintaining excellent food hygiene and health & safety standards
Helping to train, supervise and support junior kitchen staff
Leading by example and contributing to a positive kitchen environment
What We're Looking For
Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or in a similar role
Level 2 Food Safety Certificate
Strong knowledge of food hygiene, quality and health & safety
Ability to work well under pressure in a busy kitchen
A team‑focused attitude with good communication skills
