MIG/TIG Welder – Immediate Start
Location - Brownhills Starting salary - £13.00 + per hour Temp to perm
Hours - Monday to Thursday 7am–4pm, Friday 7am–12pm
Hunters 4 Staff are working with a well-established engineering company in Brownhills who are looking to bring in an experienced MIG/TIG Welder. This is a hands-on role within a friendly, skilled team, offering steady work with the chance to move into a permanent position.
What you’ll be doing
Carrying out MIG and TIG welding to a high standard
Working from drawings and job specifications
Checking your own work to ensure quality and accuracy
Maintaining welding equipment and keeping your workspace tidy
Supporting the wider team to keep projects running smoothly
What we’re looking for
Proven experience with MIG and TIG welding
Own PPE including weld mask, safety boots and flame-retardant clothing
Confident working both independently and as part of a team
Good attention to detail and a practical mindset
Reliable with clear communication skills
