Stores Administrator
Pay: £12.50 + DOE per hour Location:Longton, Stoke On Trent Hours:Day Shift
Hunters 4 Staff are looking for a confident Stores Administrator to join a busy Dynamic Engineering Client, Based in Stoke On Trent. If you're comfortable on computers and enjoy keeping things organised, this role will suit you well. Experience with Syspro is ideal, but if you're a quick learner and IT‑literate, training can be provided.
What you'll be doing
Using Syspro to update stock levels, process orders and maintain accurate records
Supporting the stores team with general admin and daily tasks
Raising and receipting purchase orders
Keeping paperwork and digital files tidy and up to date
Liaising with internal departments to solve issues quickly and efficiently
What we're looking for
Confident using computers and different systems
Experience with Syspro is a real advantage, but not essential
Strong attention to detail and a calm, organised approach
Good communication skills
Able to pick up new processes quickly
