Job Title: General Production Operative
Location: ST4, Stoke-on-Trent
Contract Type: Temporary-Permanent
Pay Rate: £12.80 per hour
Hours: Day shift
 
Hunters 4 Staff are recruiting for a General Production Operative to join our client's site in Stoke-on-Trent (ST4). This is a hands-on role within the paint department, which can be a messy environment, and requires someone who is practical and reliable.
 
Key Responsibilities:

• General labouring within the department
• Putting away parts and stock-taking
• Completing associated paperwork
• Quality checking of parts
• Maintaining a clean and tidy work area
• Using lifting equipment safely (full training provided)

Requirements:

• Previous experience in an engineering environment preferred
• Forklift truck experience beneficial
• Physically fit
• Ability to read engineering drawings is advantageous

 
Additional Info:
All successful candidates will be required to complete a Drug & Alcohol test on their first day as part of the induction.
 
This may be suitable for candidates from Stoke-on-Trent, Newcastle-under-Lyme, or Longton, or for candidates considering roles such as Production Operative, Factory Operative, or Warehouse Operative.
