Hunters 4 Staff are seeking a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to support the People Team at a well-established luxury hospitality group based just outside Burton Upon Trent. This role sits at the centre of the recruitment process, keeping things organised, supporting hiring managers, and making sure candidates have a smooth, professional experience from start to finish.

What you'll be doing
Coordinating interviews, sending invites and confirming details with candidates
Posting job adverts and keeping the Applicant Tracking System up to date
Carrying out basic application checks and preparing interview packs
Supporting offer letters, onboarding paperwork and new starter admin
Acting as a point of contact for candidates and keeping them informed
Working closely with hiring managers and supporting recruitment events
What we're looking for
At least 3 years experience in recruitment, resourcing or coordination
Strong organisation and time management skills
Clear, confident communication and good attention to detail
Comfortable juggling multiple priorities in a busy environment
Experience using an ATS (Harri is a bonus, not essential)
CIPD Level 3 (or working towards) would be useful
