PA to Director
Location: Brownhills, Staffordshire
Contract Type: Temp to Perm
Pay Rate: £12.21 per hour
Hours: Monday to Friday (School hours can be considered)
 
About the Role:
Hunters 4 Staff is recruiting for a PA to Director to join a well-established, family-run business. This is a great opportunity to be part of a growing company, assisting with essential administrative tasks.
 
Key Responsibilities:

• Managing Communications - Handling phone calls, emails, and written correspondence, and drafting responses when needed.
• Scheduling and Diary management -  Organising appointments, meetings, events and setting reminders for deadlines.
• Administrative Support - Preparing documents and Monthly reports, taking meeting notes, maintaining records, and managing expense accounts.
• General office support as required

Requirements:

• Previous PA experience is essential
• Excellent communication skills
• Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to learn new processes quickly
