We have a fantastic opportunity for a Candidate Experience Partner to join our Brisbane CBD team.

Your new role

Our global network and ways of working mean you’ll be part of something bigger, whilst taking pride in the work you do within a collaborative team. Key Responsibilities of this role include:

• Build relationships and liaise in a professional manner with candidates, internal stakeholders and clients
• Ensure all starter payments are managed in a timely manner and ensuring there are no delay to payments
• Ensure all aftercare calls are managed professionally with temporary employees and contractors, ensuring any issues or leads are resolved or escalated.
• Managing and resolving all temporary employee and contractor related queries
• Ensure all temporary employee and contractor checks, extensions, completion and compliance documentation are executed according to client standards.

What you'll need to succeed
The successful person for this role will display the following qualities:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Resilient & able to deal with difficult conversations and handling objections
• Speed and accuracy in processing data
• Able to work towards targets in a fast paced and competitive environment
• Able to manage self and time effectively, demonstrating a sense of urgency
• Intermediate skills in Excel and Outlook
